The REAL-MESSENGER is a tool designed to improve the online comunication between Realtime Byteware Studios customers or partners and the REALTIME BYTEWARE TEAM. In today's business over Internet online communication is a need. Everybody needs to communicate over the Internet, fast and accurate, to solve issues as fast as possible and move on the next ones. There are many ways to communicate over Internet . For example there are a few major messenger: AOL, MSN, YAHOO!, ICQ. But none of them was targeted to a specific business and because these are used about millions of people these messengers are not really fast enough. And these are not secure. Realtime Byteware built it's own online messenger to protect the customers privacy and have an application oriented to business. The second reason why we built the messenger is to proving once again to our customers that we want to deliver best online services, not only before and after technology. Another great tool of REALTIME BYTEWARE is REAL-SUPPORT. This is a support center, an XHTML based project management tool. It is designed to keep the customers informed about the curent status of all the projects they are developing with us. Another goal is to let customer approve or reject, even add comments to the posted versions for any of the tasks during the project development time. |
